I cannot say enough good things about this company. I get monthly passive income from the smart app which oh so nice when it pops up when I need it. And their survey lists and pay is reasonable too. They communicate very well with their panelists and try to make sure you're taken care of. These guys are a real straight up company.

I had this software installed on my computer and Android phone. Whatever devices you sign up with for this service you must insure that you will keep them for as long as you wish to participate in the panel. Otherwise you have to contact them by e-mail to explain why you have not participated with whichever device that you may have sold or if it needs repaired.

My android phone died on me and within a week they sent me an email saying they haven't received any update from my phone. I went onto the site to unregister my phone until I got a new one but couldn't unless I wrote them an email explaining what happened. I didn't feel I should have to go that far to unregister my phone (cause I didn't have to do that when I registered) so I stopped my involvement with them.

I will say even though most of my electronics are dated the software didn't really slow down my devices. If you have newer equipment then you shouldn't have any problem with this company.
